Services outside the stated area will have a mileage fee to be agreed. Where the original inventory has been carried out by E.D.I., subsequent inventory updates for that property will be charged at half price. The Check in & Check out rates are based on initial E.D.I. Inventories, with the Check out coinciding with an inventory update.
